This is a page from the brochure given out by crooked Emlak, Alper Arzuoglu.  The text is very amusing and his claims of being able to build a decent property are clearly a figment of his imagination.  One of his victims has watched his pool terrace sinking and the pool itself is 25% smaller than the original plan, although he has charged them the same money.  The walls on the ground floor are riddled with damp.  He charged them £5k for bedroom wardrobes that should have cost around £1.5k max.  The list goes on and on.
