I had an email this afternoon from a couple who had had an argument with a representative from a company called Spot Blue, who advocate that buying off-plan property in Turkey from them is 100% safe because they do all the 'background checks'. Presumably, all the brits who have lost homes and their life savings because they bought off-plan property in Turkey didn't do any background checks! I find it hard to believe that UK based companies are still involved in the off-plan market.
